Time to hit the track

It’s good to keep track of what and how you’re doing. Not just the number on the scale. Other things can be harder to quantify but if you have some way to look back on your progress, you’ll feel so much better about how your journey is going. Track whatever you want to work on. Your exercise numbers, miles walked/ran, water drank, inches, days exercised, or whatever. When progress has slowed or stopped in the weight department I cannot stress enough how good it feels to look back and say I used to be only able to walk for about ten minutes and NOW I can do an hour. I used to never eat fruits and veggies and NOW I get some every day. Every little step you make in the right direction to improving your health matters. It’s good to look back and see how far you’ve come in more ways than just a number on a scale.
