5% Challenge. How can I get 120 workout minute/miles?

Thinking about working out for 120 minutes is overwhelming for most of us because we have the tendency to believe they mean to exercise during straight two hours. But in reality, it's very doable. You can spread those 2 hours in small segments of 10-15 minutes. Go for a little walk around the block, get some weights and exercise the arms while watching TV, do some stretches or mini-yoga sessions or try to give a pill to your cat (that counts as wrestling!).

If there is a Community Center near your home, there is a big probability to they offering formal exercise classes, such as Zumba. I love Zumba because I exercise well without even noticing, because of the music and the energy from the other people. Sixty (60) minutes that elapse very fast!



Other activities that count as a workout are gardening, shoveling snow and even cleaning the house. Find that in the Sparkpeople Fitness tracker. You'll be quite surprised!

    We would have Zumba challenges and as you stated emoticon , that time emoticon would go by so quickly and so enjoyable. emoticon We'd have people stopping by, we'd wear costumes and such. What a time we have! Oh emoticon emoticon
