Already Winning ~ Exercise Mini-Habits

I've decided on one of my exercise mini-habits. Remember what I am looking for in a mini-habit:
1.) Something extremely easy that also begins a process.
2.) Something easy enough I can do it on my worse days.
3.) Something that has the potential to spark additional or bonus reps.
4.) Remember if I want to achieve more on any day, do it - those are bonuses.
5.) It encourages progress in any amount.
6.) It will build confidence because it feels good to win.

So, for one of my mini-habits, I am choosing to walk to the end of my driveway every day. It may spark a longer walk, which would be a bonus for me. And if it doesn't spark bonus activity, I will have succeeded to a small degree.

I still have one more exercise mini-habit to pick out. I want to get more ideas before I choose it. One idea is to dance to one song every day. I tried that out yesterday. It worked well - got me additional steps, additional movement and gave more active minutes. But I need to investigate more before settling on an option. And I need to think about food mini-habits.

This morning I tried out walking to the end of my driveway - and it led to a 35 minute walk in the neighborhood. So I'm already winning!!!
