This is the third day I'm losing a tiny bit and rather happy as it's a decrease. Adding all these little bits together will snowball and amount to a great lost. I will reach my goal.
Despite being staying confined to the house, I did get 32 minutes plus of leslie sansone 1 mile walk exercise today. A mix of strength and cardio.
I find a project to keep busy: making my grand-son and wife their queen size bed quilt. He chose the pattern and she chose the colors. This keeps me away from the fridge and cupboard
