Yoga in April

Here is something new I am doing for me for the month of April.

Maybe you all can check in with me during to month to see if I have keep up with it and if I have not you can help get me back on track.

I love yoga but it has been many months since I have done any. Not really sure why - but it just got pushed out of my routine.

I found a schedule from Yoga by Adrienne on youtube for the month of April.

I am going to do everything I can to practice every day for the month of April with her. I did the first one last night: Movement Medicine - Energy - it was 16 minutes long and I did not really make it through the whole thing without having to take a break. It was a good workout but I realized how out of "yoga shape" I am. I'm looking forward to getting back into it!
I tried to add a copy of the schedule but it's too tiny to see. Here is the schedule for the first 7 days - if you want to take the challenge with me:

April 1 = Movement Medicine - Energy
April 2 = Movement Medicine - Calm
April 3 = Anchor In Hope
April 4 = Balance Practice
April 5 = Yoga For Volnerability
April 6 = Morning Yoga: Gentle Morning Yoga
April 7 = Yoga Stretch

    That is great..I love doing yoga. Hang in there ..you will find you enjoy it ..gets kind of addictive..you actually WANT to do it!! emoticon

    I found the calendar, but will find it again when I'm at home, no need for it at work, nowhere to yoga here unless they're all standing poses. Thank you for sharing this and good luck with the month! I just might give it a try, too!
