Yoga in April

Here is something new I am doing for me for the month of April.
Maybe you all can check in with me during to month to see if I have keep up with it and if I have not you can help get me back on track.
I love yoga but it has been many months since I have done any. Not really sure why - but it just got pushed out of my routine.
I found a schedule from Yoga by Adrienne on youtube for the month of April.
I am going to do everything I can to practice every day for the month of April with her. I did the first one last night: Movement Medicine - Energy - it was 16 minutes long and I did not really make it through the whole thing without having to take a break. It was a good workout but I realized how out of "yoga shape" I am. I'm looking forward to getting back into it!
I tried to add a copy of the schedule but it's too tiny to see. Here is the schedule for the first 7 days - if you want to take the challenge with me:
April 1 = Movement Medicine - Energy
April 2 = Movement Medicine - Calm
April 3 = Anchor In Hope
April 4 = Balance Practice
April 5 = Yoga For Volnerability
April 6 = Morning Yoga: Gentle Morning Yoga
April 7 = Yoga Stretch
