Back at it Again...?

It has been quite awhile since I have been on here.. life as they say happened.
I had lots going on and to be truthful, I just didn't make the time to get on here. I have definitely missed it. Missed all the friends I had made and talked to. Missed all the encouragement from the whole community. Missed the accountability
Well today as I was doing stuff on my computer, which I rarely get on anymore, I decided to click the quick tab to bring me to SparkPeople. And here I am.. I have been doing some catching up with things, seeing what has changed and who is still around. Of course I had to jump into some challenges right away to help with my motivation.
There has been a bunch of craziness going on in this world lately and I have not been doing the things that I need to do to bring me towards my goals. Then I set myself up with a plan. I was going to start a workout program on April 1st. I was all set to go. Then low and behold I got myself sick. Had to take to recuperate. The doctor said to self quarantine for 7-10 days just to be safe. That meant having to take time off work since I am considered an "essential worker." Ha, whatever that means!
Now I am feeling quite a bit better and I get to go back to work in a couple of days! Well I knew that I needed to get my body moving since I haven't really been doing anything for almost 2 weeks. Well, I have.... it has just been mainly sleeping and resting and trying to get myself healthy again.
Today I decided to get back on track. I started 21 Day Fix Real Time.. Got in a nice 30 minute workout. It took a decent amount of modifying and of course going a little slower because my stamina wasn't there. Heck I felt like my muscles weren't there either. I think I may have left them in the bed.
It felt really great to get my body moving again and to feel like I am back to moving in the right direction.
We will see what tomorrow brings!
