Stress Awareness Month

OPTION #1: Stress Awareness Month is an annual designation observed in April. Currently we are all under stress. What can you do to relieve stress?

Stress can be a hard thing to deal with. We often want to go towards food or other things or can get depressed when under too much stress. Its important to manage stress. When I dont manage my stress, I am defintly a stress eater so I have been trying to use a few things to help relieve the stress. Here the things that help the most

Music is defintly the thing that helps the most! Music has always helped me during stressful times. I can be a horrible mood the right song or a few of the right songs can totally change my mood. I love several kinds of music. Music is a great way to relieve stress that you can listen to im your house, while walking, or in the car.

Getting outside and walking is another thing that has really helped me. Or just being outside on nice days. We had several beautiful days where I was able to get outside and walk or simply just be outside. I enjoy the sunshine and just being outside when its warm and getting fresh air. I also listen to music while walking. And I enjoy taking pictures. Here are some pictures I have taken recently.

Lastly and most important, time spent with cats always helps anything!
