Hello, me Plateau

I have been on a plateau now for 2 months.
Haven't done anything to change it, just been maintaining.

I'm proud of where I'm at.
I've lost 22 lbs on this journey.
But I've been traveling now for just over 6 months.

I decided today I'm going to kick it up a notch.

I'm almost half way there!

What have I been thinking???...

I will be taking new photos and measurements tomorrow.

I decided today I'm going to start letting the dog walk me morning and evening.

And working out different muscle groups every other day.

That's all it will take.

Yeah, that's the ticket.

My eating is under control. No problems there.

Although I'm getting pretty sick of salad emoticon
chicken emoticon
and tuna emoticon

Guess what? I could have something more if I were working out more and burning more calories.
My body would require more.

Now that's positive self-talk for you!
