Got My Get Up and Go!

After "God Time"...
started my day off painting 2 outdoor metal chairs and a table.
Lots of squatting, bending and heavy lifting.
Then mowed the yard and even though I use a riding lawnmower, it just about kicks my butt!
The yard is pretty rough, so I'm guessing that's why that is.
Let Mama Dog walk me and then cooled down with Rascal.
And I am whooped! Currently, can hardly move...will take some ibuprofen...
Did do a bad thing...didn't eat all day.
I did drink my water!
And since I hadn't eaten, I made salmon patties, fried hash browns (in place of fried potatoes) and creamed peas.
I still have a lot of calories left for the day, so I may have some Mayonnaise Cake in a cup later...if I feel hungry.
Because I can.
But knowing my body and the way I'm feeling right now, will probably not want anything else.
