Wasted Money on WW

Months and months on the green plan, or the blue, then the purple and the weight loss was minimal. I followed the each color plan exactly, but nothing. Loved the meetings but felt green, blue, and purple about not losing weight. I felt awful about the money, the effort, and the minimal weight loss. I just didn't get it.

It was sodium. It isn't factored in the green, blue, or purple. But I could factor it in with SparkPeople. Sodium kept my weight up. Sodium kept my blood pressure up. Sodium.

Calorie counting, Activity counting, watching my salt intake along with the calories.

Here at SparkPeople my weight and blood pressure is dropping like a stone in stream.

And I'm not spending wasted money on WW.

    WW is a rip off anyway. Most of the time the commercial with people saying they have lost this weight just by doing WW is a lie. They probably go to the gym every single day.
