SMART GOALS again 2020

SMART GOALS for 2020

I do not journal so I will achieve this goal by example and not words.

Goal - Lose the last 40lbs that hang on my body frame

I will achieve this by:
*sticking to Whole Foods Plant Based lifestyle I started 2 years ago. Being more diligent in avoiding added oils and sugars and eating less processed foods
*adding daily exercise so I can have more energy
* Enjoying life more with friends and family because without them there is no need for the above

It is not unrealistic to achieve this goal by Jan 2021 so that is my goal is.

Time to start really living
