April 2020...Finally Over

Friday, May 01, 2020

April 2020…finally over. This is possibly the longest April I have ever endured. Wow! What a month.

Hopefully we will soon turn the corner on this horrible virus. While I am looking forward to a return to “normal” I know my normal will surely be changed. I am looking forward to leaving this self isolation behind but at the same time, I know I will be more cautious in resuming my interaction with others again.

I reached my goal in March. Thanks to my boredom eating I went completely off plan. However, I know I have to find my discipline again and get focused on maintaining my weight.

So that is the new goal I have set for myself. My long term goal is to maintain for the rest of 2020.

I hope you have set a positive goal for yourself and that you have much success in achieving it,

Keep moving forward.

Yes, Covid has provided ample opportunity for eating challenges. **SIGH** Prayers that May is MUCH better.

    HUGS and happy May.

Hopefully there will be a light at the end of this dark tunnel soon. It has caused me to have some anxiety.
I am supposed to return to work on a limited basis next week, and I have to say I am not looking forward to it. It makes me a little nervous, but I will work through it.

You will re reach your goal. I know you will. You are so positive and determined!

I hate to say, it makes me feel a bit better that I am not the only one with eating challenging during this strange time. But you are right, we got this. One day at a time. Take care my friend!
