Thankfully I did my daily workout of 50 each crunches, bridges and vertical push ups early on yesterday....
because I got out and weed whacked my yard. It takes about an hour of carrying that weed eater over 5 lots.
I have a fenceline I have to whack inside and out, 3 little trees and a large tree.
I also have several spaces I can't get into with my mower because of blackberry bushes and crepe myrtles, so I have to "mow" the grass with the weed whacker in those spaces.
It's quite the full body workout and especially works arms and shoulders.
Needless to say, I didn't do anything else exercise wise. It was a beautiful sunny day with low humidity so I did lay out in the sun some. Was the perfect day for sunning.
