2020 is a CRAZY YEAR! Anything is Possible!

I have been a Spark People member for years!
I stay on course for awhile, then I fall off and start again..
2020 has been the most bizarre year so far, so I’m using my time away from work to change things again.
I know I won’t feel motivated some days. I’m fairly disciplined but I’ve been using a lot of excuses this past year.
I’m happy to be back here, I’ve missed everyone here ❤️
Maybe this weird, wacky year is THE year 😍

    I found that I did the same thing. What has worked for me to keep me consistent over the past four and a half years, is getting involved more in the community. I also started doing 5% Weight loss challenges. Getting involved chatting on a team with people who are in your age group or have similar interests can give you a place to share successes, frustrations and in general just vent. I've made many good Spark friends through my community teams and also the challenges.
    Yes it's hard to stay motivated some times - I have certainly dealt with that - so maybe doing one of the SP challenges (I did the Jump Start workout challenge early on) will help you stay accountable. There are many good tools on here so I encourage you to use as many as you can.
