I have been doing so good with walking. I walk 3-5 miles each day. Now I have developed some pretty bad friction blisters on my feet. I bought the blisters bandages to put on them but I just don't think I can walk for the next couple of days. So what exercise can I do that don't involve my feet and what do I do to keep from getting these blisters. I love to walk.
