Back ... Again!

I need to stick with it this time. Two months ago my right knee have out completely. I have been in a wheel chair or using a cane ever since. I have a Baker's Cyst caused by inflammation. I had been having a lot of problems (pain) with my knees for a long time due to my weight. It's bummer for sure. Being laid up makes it hard to exercise. So this time I need to follow through.
