Still at the same weight. Very discouraging. Having sciatic pain in left hip which keeps me from walking as much as I'd like. I'm doing more gardening, so my step count is higher, though!

    Also another cheat that I have is an ab roller that even assists me with sit-ups 🀦I know🀷🏽 but even though it is easy I try to get 100s of reps in. That and another crunch home equipment. I thought of returning one because it was too easy.

    Awesome keep at it. I haven't really made working out a habit yet and to be honest sometimes I try to compensate by my diet which helps. I could only imagine where I would be if I did both🀦

    Hi Feisty GalπŸ˜‰ I used to have sciatic pain, back pain & groin pain. 3 years ago a chiropractor diagnosed that I needed a total hip replacement. I have animals and was afraid I was going to down size drastically. HP got my life backπŸ™
