Weekends are full of get togethers and it's easy to eat more than necessary, which happened Saturday. I ate and drank. Sunday, did OMAD for the day very proud about that


SLEEP
Lacked sleep both days, not sticking to schedule

HYDRATION
Drank virtually no water the entire weekend


STRESS MANAGEMENT

NUTRITION
Saturday was when it all went down
So happy I decided to go for the OMAD day


WORKOUT
Focus on both days... victory
