Dropped Nano off at work in town and thought it would be a great idea to enjoy a "mindfulness" walk. I need to practice this more.
Once home I made my Steel cut Oats with Almond milk. I had a pear for a morning snack before my walk. I had to take some pictures. I think this one was my favorite
