Non Scale victory!

The last while I haven’t been my best in terms of keeping my log and I feel my weight loss has stalled. Rather than beat myself up, I decided to look at another measure of my healthy lifestyle’s impact, so I repeated my measurements. I did them a month ago - not really a baseline measurement but it’s a reference nonetheless. I was so reenergized when I saw the number inches down - with the exception of my neck and shoulders, I’ve lost about 7.5 inches all told. I may be down “only 7 pounds” in the month but I am leaner with definite muscle gain. I’m just a little proud....

    In July I went to the doctor and I was up 4# to 142# and I was upset and he laughed and said "If only all my patients were just up 4 pounds!!!" I have my check up Tuesday for 3 months and I'm at 134# so I have done better. We just got to do this.
