Day 119 - Overslept

Well, I forgot to set my alarm last night, so I slept an hour past when I expected to get up. The good news is I didn't have anywhere to be. I'm just setting myself on a schedule because otherwise I'll sleep half the day and procrastinate the rest of the day.
Once I was up and dressed, I went for a walk. Then I came home and filmed another Pilates video:

Then it was lunch and cleaning. Then the hubs came home from his eye appointment and asked if I wanted to go ahead and go for our evening walk early. The weather was super cool today, so going for a walk in the middle of the afternoon was doable. After our walk, I did some curriculum development for the dance program that asked for help. I did that until dinner time.
