Instant Pot?

Ok, bought an Instant Pot, or pretty much got one free because of an amazing special, plus using credit card points.
Today I finally used it for the first time. Made egg bites. They're pretty tasty, but not something I'd rave about.
So then the cleanup began. Oh My but the cleanup!!
When I cook eggs on the stove, with nice browned veggies (sautéed before adding egg), I have ONE pan to clean up, and possibly a lid if I was going for fluff.
But this Instant Pot! You have to basically disassemble the lid to clean it and all it's nooks and crannies, the steam cover, the anti-block cover, the sealing ring, the condensation container, the inner pot, the rack, the egg bite silicone thing, and the pan used to brown the bits b/c why would I want to use raw veggies when I could have browned ones?
So someone please tell me, what's your favorite use for the Instant Pot. What makes it worth having to clean all these parts? What do you cook that is better faster more amazing in there than you could have done on the stove or in the oven.
Tell me, oh please tell me, so I don't feel like such a ninny for getting this gigantic "small" appliance.
