Log all the things

In an attempt to overcome my "all or nothing" thinking, I decided to come log all of my food today regardless of the fact that I am very much out of my calorie range. I chose to keep eating when I logged my day and was already over. Old habit to see that as a fail and compound it, BUT I thought about it and by logging and blogging here tonight I add today to my journey instead of "starting over tomorrow" and writing this day off as a failure. I don't want to discard today because aside from calories, I did some cool things too: I did strength training this morning, took three laps around the park when we went to fly kites (not even planned so walked in my sandals), drank water, took vitamins, laughed, will get to bed at a decent hour....and lived! Every day is a gift, I don't want to erase any one of them because my food intake was higher than ideal. So it's logged, it's done and it's part of the story.
