I had a great day.
Backyard camping was great, I ate healthy all day, and went kayaking before my MD appt for my annual physical.
The doctor was amazed at my progress. Cholesterol and BP down and well into the healthy range. The middle of the day, after eating and drinking plenty of water my weight was 181 lbs, down from 207 lbs last year.
SP works, but you only get back what you put in. I am more motivated than ever. My best physical since I was a kid.
