Tired of the ChaCha

For the last little bit I have been doing the Cha Cha... two steps forward, two steps back- playing around with the same two pounds and never going any where... wanting to break out of the 200 pound range and being so close only to bounce back up again. I continued to follow diet plan, exercise, drink water, track food... everything we tell people to do and still the cha cha continued...
I was very frustrated... don't know what I did different but it finally gave up and I am finally below the 200 pound mark... still doing the cha cha but below in onederland for now. Keeping my fingers crossed at present that my body does not want to do bigger cha cha steps back and will be satisfied with 2 pound increments to play around with....
