Food Stamp Challenge - Day 16

B - none (didn't get home until almost noon)
L - 4 eggs, 1 T butter, 1 oz salsa, 1 oz cheddar, leftover salad from last night, 1 T ranch dressing, 10 gr flaxmeal
S - iced tea
D - 1 c chicken, 2 c jar salad, 2 T mayo, 1 T oil, 10 gr flaxmeal, 1 big stalk celery, 2 T peanut butter

Total cost of the day's food - $2.26

Calories - 1502
Protein - 86 grams
Fat - 114 grams
Total carbs - 39 grams
Fiber - 17 grams
Net carbs - 22 grams

I made another batch of Mason jar salads. Pretty much the same as the last batch, though the proportions are a bit different and I added some cabbage. I made 4 pints (2 cups) and 4 half pints (1 cup). It came to 21 cents per cup, or slightly less than the last batch.
