Today was another successful day of being "consistent" on 20:4 schedule, yeh!!! emoticon

A relax chill-out day.
A thought popped in my head........ wondering if theater was geared towards the rich and famous people... a way to separate themselves from the movie people.

Today I had the following:

water thru out the day

emoticon my 4 hour window began at 4:30 pm

Progresso light pot roast soup = 1 can
French bread
I cant believe its not butter pray
orange soda

SNACK: sugar free popsicle

I originally made hamburger and sausage with cheese and bacon
emoticon I took a bite and I was UNABLE to eat it..
reason: Too greasy, too gross. Too much food to CHEW..... I couldn't do it.. discarded it.

SOLUTION:
so I heated up can soup and added 1 cup of chill beans to the soup and small amount of french bread and cant believe its not butter spray. emoticon No salad today because the french bread took up a LOT of room in my tummy for real. There is only so much room for food IN my shrinking stomach.
