June Progress and July Goals

June Goals:
1. Continue to keep up my good eating habits: track everything, stay in range, & no SOS.
2. Continue to walk 4+ miles three days a week and 1+ miles three days a week.
3. Add at least one session of ST/PT each week this month.
4. Keep good sleep habits, going to bed on time and getting up on time.
5. Keep up my meditation habit of at least 20 minutes a day.

In June I met my goals almost every day which resulted in my losing 8.6 pounds.. I had one day I did not stay in range or stay away from SOS. I had probably 5 days I did not get to bed on time. Everything else I achieved totally.

July Goals:
1. Continue to keep up my good eating habits: track everything, stay in range, & no SOS.
2. Continue to walk 4+ miles three days a week and 1+ miles three days a week, except days when I can get a swim reservation.
3. Complete 3 sessions of ST/PT each week this month.
4. Keep good sleep habits, going to bed on time and getting up on time.
5. Keep up my meditation habit of at least 20 minutes a day.

There are many more things I would like to do but this is realistic for me right now.
