Progress report on WFPB

I have received the Forks over Knives books I ordered, but instead of reading them I have been painting. Then I picked up a Nicholas Sparks book (I have never read anything by him and thought it was time).
I have been breaking myself in easy to the Whole Foods Plant Based way of life. I been eating a LOT of fruits and vegetables (which, being a vegetarian, I love) and have cut WAY back on the cheese. I ate the last Oikos yogurt in the fridge, so now that won't be a temptation. I made my favorite "Flush the Fat Away" soup with no processed foods and no oil. And today I made Stuffed Peppers also with no processed foods and no dairy. They are sooooooo yummy that I invited my vegan /wfpb son over for lunch tomorrow.
And tomorrow the goal is to bypass dairy entirely. But it is ok if I'm not ready. I am done with dieting..... this is a lifestyle change and it will take time to fully set in. I am on the way.
