Week 2 Day 7: No gains! (No major losses either...)

I know, I know, eating better is such an important part of living a healthier life but d*** have I been resistant.
I just don't like constraints in my life and for a while, healthy alternatives and other things felt like having a diet restriction instead of a necessary tool for me to reach my goal.
So, after my weight in today (-0.6 lbs) I learned that I have to really lean on my support group (SparkFriends included) to hit my nutrition goals for the next 6 weeks during this bootcamp.
Week 3 Day 1 starts tomorrow but as of today, I'm going to try and take a picture of every meal I eat + portion my problem areas out with a scale (I got it from Wal-Mart for $6).
At around 7 p.m., I had my first meal of the day (I know it was really late but I was drinking water + 1 cup of ☕ w/ 3 tbsp almond coconut creamer throughout the afternoon...I slept in until the afternoon -- today is Tierra Day!).
I had a serving of Trader Joe's Kung Pao Tempura Cauliflower (baked instead of fried) and a salad (spinach, mushrooms, carrots, green onion, lemongrass vinaigrette).
I didn't finish it all bc I'm not very hungry tonight but I have to do chores and work on some packages that I'm mailing out so I'm sure I'll more of an appetite by dinner.
Hopefully, I'll get a better phone tomorrow and I'll be able to post higher quality photos (idk having a budget chat with Nick later). 😅✨
