Day 150 On My Weight Loss Journey Started 3/2/2020

I am 5 pounds away from the weight I was when I quit smoking almost 13 years ago.
I am down 50.5 pounds and 24 inches since 3/2/20. I feel amazing! It is like a runners high! I guess you would call it a weight lost high?
No eating out or fast food
No soda or diet soda
No acid reflux
No stomach indigestion
Have more energy
Happier and less stressed
Exercise every day for at least 30 minutes
Track nutrition daily
Eat healthy and clean most of the time
Drink my water daily
Food prep weekly
I can go on and on but I think you get it. If I can do it so can you. It's a mindset thing. You get your mind straight and you can conquer anything you convince your mind into doing.
