My mission

My mission is to build permanent, healthy habits through daily practices, also adapted to a fitness level that will continue daily, and also to monitor my daily food intake, and any weight loss that happens during this journey I will celebrate. To build this permanent healthy lifestyle is to practice the tools I learn on this journey. Each time I reach one of my target weights, I will celebrate in a healthy way.
