I have been tackling my weight for some years now, I slowly put on the weight over the years. I have lost some weight, however, I gained it right back.Ever time I got to a comfortable weight loss I will get too comfortable with the weight and then I will gain it right back. Also the recommendation that the doctor said on how much weight you are supposed to gain will be pregnant. I gained that plus some, and when I had the baby, I never lost that weight gain. So, I continue to gain and lose time after time, year after year. I don’t want to try a fad diet that’s out there, I want sometime that I can learn and practice in my daily life.
