Over the last two months, since the beginning of June, I lost 7 pounds.
I wish I could say it was easy but of course it was not. Losing weight is never easy for me.

I tried something different starting on June 1st with my Keto way of eating. I am still all about eating low carbs but I just tweaked the macros to maximize my personal weight loss. Following the same eating plan every day I felt like I was not making any progress with weight loss. I felt stalled and stuck in one place. I know, everyone says we are really aiming for good health by eating Keto - But HECK I still need to lose more weight.
I don't think maintaining a fat body is healthy.

SO,, I found my ideal weight for my height and based my macros on those calculations. It is called Over & Under. I added more Protein ( 120 grams ) and lowered my Fats ( 50 grams) daily. Eat your ideal weight ( mine is 120 pounds) in proteins and eat less fat grams than your protein grams daily. Of course keep your carbs low ( 30 grams or less)
I did that and it worked. I will continue with this plan through August and hopefully I will return with more weight loss news in September.
