Day 165 - August Goals

Happy August! I can't believe it's August already! It seemed like March and April were incredibly long, but the year has just zoomed by since then.

So, goals for August:
1. Walk 4 miles a day. If I can actually do this, I should be able to get 124 miles this month.
2. 6 Pilates workouts a week.
3. Not let the previous day(s) have a bearing on whether I work on my goals that particular day.
4. Eat within my calorie range. I tend to eat below my range and not get the nutrition I need.

Update:
I have felt my motivation waning lately. I have had trouble making myself get my workouts in, which is highly unusual for me. I'm chalking it up to the coronavirus restrictions and not having much social interaction. But I'm not going to let that be an excuse to not work on my goals. Now, more than ever, good health is important.

In addition, my digestion has been improving. I have longer and longer stretches of good days. With that being said, I had some minor issues last night and this morning. But I'm feeling better now.
