i hated it

several years ago, i did be fit in 90. i enjoyed the challenge the first time. i decided to do it again. i mad it through 60 days which is level 1 and 2. i went to do level 3 and i hated the workout. i did not even like the warm up. it was to much for a warmup. my knees crack and i need more of a warmup before i jump or do lunges. i did modifications for level 1 and 2. i was ok with the strength training but did not like the cardio, mma, or the yoga segments. so rather then subbing out those segments, i wont do the last 30 days. i will explore the stuff i find online. i think i need to do some old favorites and find a new routine.
