New weight goal for 2020

Happy Friday! Today I actually feel pretty happy. Even though there are a lot of stressful things going on in my life, I need to stay focused and positive. I have lost 2 pounds this week from making healthier choices & tracking my food & more water. Hopefully I can continue this through the weekend and into the next few weeks! 146 days left in 2020 and my goal is to lose 25 lbs by NYE!
If I reach my goal - great! If not, at least hopefully I will still be implementing healthy habits on a daily basis.
Some things I want to start doing before 2020 ends:
-Add salads back into my diet
-Keep having lots of water everyday!
-Try to move more
-Keep tracking
-Stay as positive as I can
