Hoping to stay on track

It’s been over 10 years since I first tried to get back in shape. I had gained about 100 lbs. I lost. 20lbs that I have kept off. But mostly I am losing a few and gaining back even more. I decided to take advantage of the virtual personal training sessions offered by my local gym. So at least once a week I get a good workout. I soon realized one benefit to the training session was that on my own I would have given up. Having a live session I saw it through the whole session....I wanted to give up but having a live trainer encouraged me to keep going. I also signed up for the Carolina Food Virtual Food Run\Walk. It’s great way. to get a walk in and benefit a local food bank. Found out about 52 Hike while participating in the Simple Green Smoothie Challenge...I don’t hike (yet) but am using this as encouragement to walk at least a mile once a week. Also found out about Rawk The Year from the smoothie challenge and I’m loving the recipes so far and having a weekly menu plan makes it easy to eat healthy. Another challenge I signed up for is a 30 day fitness challenge. The fitness challenge is live 5 days a week and there is a replay in case you miss the live. Hopefully with all this encouragement and help I’ll be able to stay on track.
