Therapy has been amazing. I mean, it’s hard work and emotional but it’s really made a difference.
I even realized last night that since I’ve started therapy regularly, I have not binged. I’m slowly improving my relationship with myself which is also helping me with my diet.
I recommend therapy to everyone! If you tried before and it didn’t work, I want to say that it’s important to find a therapist you click with and that can take work.
