My latest addition of spices to my diet is rosemary. I love it on meats and chicken.

It is thought to: boost immune system, improve blood circulation, is an anti inflammatory hel, lower blood sugar, and help with brain (memory) and eye health.

Because I am salt sensitive, I am always looking for new spices to add flavor to my food and reduce salt intake.

As always, never take spice supplements without checking with your doctor first. These are in high concentrations and far more than adding a little to your cooking. These supplements may interact with your meds and cause side effects.

    I love rosemary! I like in in bread or on potatoes and especially chicken!!! Yum!

    I made roasted chicken with rosemary earlier this week! I love rosemary on roasted root veggies, too. Especially carrots and sweet potatoes!
