I'm so proud of myself. I am currently breaking for lunch and wanted to jot down some things.

I woke up and was lazy. Sat and drank my coffee for an hour then got a message from a friend on my fitbit. She said Good morning and let me know she was on her way for a walk to get her steps in. While I sat here reading that and my SP postings I decided to get up and walk for at least 30 min to grab some more steps. I started tiding the house and broke for lunch since my son was hungry as well. Now just updating myself here and others to know you are not alone. There are others out there thinking of you and routing you on from afar. That message this morning was awesome and it helped me get up and get more steps in. I will get another 30 min in later but first I need to clean up the house before hubby gets home.

You can do it and you are never alone!! You may need to reach out to someone or you may just need to know that someone out there is thinking of you.

I am going to reach my goal of 147.? this week!! I know it!! emoticon emoticon
