I hope everyone is having a relaxing Sunday! I have been struggling with wanting to exercise but not being able to because I strained either a tendon or a ligament in my leg a few weeks ago! Even if I do just some walking outside it will start to hurt! I hate it because I feel like I am going to gain weight if I don't work out. I have pretty much worked out my whole life. Does anyone have any pointers?
