I am learning that losing weight is not enough to make you happy. I have lost significant weight but I wasn't instantly happy. I now try to concentrate on accepting myself as I am. I have flaws and it's ok. I am not perfect and it's ok. I can see all of the things that make me who I am. I am pretty awesome🙂
