Learning Our ‘Whys’ for Weight Loss

Our whys are one of the most powerful aspects of our journey. Without them, there is no desire to begin a journey. With them, you develop of a clear vision of what it is you want, that’s the first step. Then there is step 2, which is manifesting your whys by writing them down. Step 3, you figure out a plan to put your whys into effect so you can live up to them. Then comes the results of all 3 steps... success.
Yes, most of us have already discovered our whys... but how often do we go back and review them? Probably not enough as we should. Sometimes life happens and we forget, but we must not forget. We can use our whys we’ve already created for ourselves in the past and use them as a stepping stone to stay focused in the present.
A lot of us have had, or have now psychological pain from weight gain. There’s a way to heal that pain by turning it into power, and the way to do that is by quietly taking a moment to yourself and ask yourself, “Why do I want this?” And, “How will this affect my life if I achieve this?” Listen to what you have to say, and let your whys guide you.
What are my whys, you may be wondering?
1) I want to keep feeling good about myself and way I look
2) I want to be keep being able to wear and buy clothes I like
3) I want to be healthy
4) I want to keep walking comfortably without my thighs rubbing together
