September Goals

Summer is just about over ... and the Fall Challenges here on Spark are kicking off. And I'm getting ready with my September Goals.

Morning Prayers daily .. before anything else.

Often I find myself scrolling through my phone with my coffee when I first get up. And before long, 20-30 minutes have gone by. Starting today - devotions are first. Get the day started with priorities and discipline.
Goals-Wise ....
First Off - No Flour
I've slacked on this in August and I can see the difference.
So, now through the end of the year ... no flour.
I've made some good substitutions ... zucchini noodles instead of pasta / grilled chicken, not fried. Great roasted zucchini chips with Parmesan rather than fried. Egg Cups/Muffins rather than breakfast sandwiches.
Second - Cardio every day // ST 3's a Week
Rotating 3 Leslie Sansone videos daily. Then a Kettlebell, dumbbell, and Standing Yoga video each once per week.
Tracking everything ... Food and Exercise on Spark PLUS 8 oz of Water a Day
And, finally, Spend some time every day with Family .. .in person or on the phone.
