I survived!

Tuesday, September 08, 2020

Just a quickie to let you all know that I survived my session with my personal trainer. It was only 15 minutes being that it was the first time over the last FOUR MONTHS for me to be working out with him. He is so sweet. I couldn't ask for a better trainer.

So not sure if I'll continue to blog here any longer. Guess it depends on how I feel or if I feel I have something to contribute to the "clan" here. But the way I see it is that I gave you something to do during this pandemic while we are all observing the quarantine. :)

Thanks to everyone for all your support and encouragement during this long lasting injury. I couldn't have gotten through it if it hadn't been for you all.

Hey, have you seen these absolutely adorable shirts advertised through a company called "Rotita"? I love them. Just haven't taken the plunge to purchase any of them yet.

C, thanks for the uplifting words. You might check from time to time. I may be back or I may continue where I left off. It's really a matter of how much time I have day in and day out. By the way, I still have to learn how to be notified of others' blogs input. Is there an easy way I don't know about on how to do this? Appreciate if you can help.

LivingLovLife, thanks for commenting on my last blog input. It helps to know how others are using it and how it may be coming in to play in their lives. I could go on and let you all know about all the nasty piddle accidents my 13.5 year old dog has been having since my whole incident occurred but that's just not good talk for a blog. Let me just say that it was really difficult to clean up after her when I was in such excruciating pain but the Good Lord helped me get it done.

Roxy, you have no idea how wonderful it is to know that he (my personal trainer) has my back at all time. He wanted me to come in today and ride the bike but I decided that I still want to take very little and very baby steps still til I feel good enough to tackle something like that. I know that when the time comes I'll do it and I'll be gladd I did and you all will hear about it either through something like this blog, a personal email to you or by a challenge I'll create. Who knows? But thanks Roxy, again, for your kind and encouraging words. They mean a lot to me. :)

I am so glad your session went good, and that you have such a great bond with your trainer! That makes a HUGE difference, knowing you can trust him with your safety and health.

I hope that you will find things to blog about every now and again, I enjoy reading the ones that you post!! You might want to make it a weekly event, or just when something exciting or nerve-wracking happens, who knows? I know I am not the only one who will make sure to listen when you've got something to say!!

I come here daily for so many reasons. Support, encouragement camaraderie, sharing of life's joys and tears. I have met wonderful friends and learned so much. I will probably continue checking in as long as we have Spark people and I am able. I hope you continue to check-in and share what is happening in your world.

I would NEVER pull back completely from SP! I just don't know if I'll be blogging any longer but I may. Who knows? Only time will tell. Still learning the ins and outs of it here.

I HOPE you don't pull away from SP permanently! I guess we all need a break, but . . . . would miss you!
