Here comes fall

Fall is nearly here. The kids all start back to school this week. Colt started Pre-K yesterday and had a good day, though he didn't want to go today. The girls start back on Friday. All 3 kids will actually been IN SCHOOL. A first since they've been out because of COVID-19 for SIX MONTHS now. I can finally get back into my gym routine and get some stuff done around the house.

And with fall comes the Fall 5% Challenge. Just what I need to get me back on track. You can join too!

Team members will work towards losing 5% of their starting weight in 8 weeks by participating in team challenges that focus on exercise & forming healthy lifestyle habits. Members in maintenance are also welcome. Let’s have fun, make new friends and get in shape! Start date to be announced.

My Exercise plan for the 5% Challenge will be as follows:
I will go to the gym at least 2 days each week.
I will do a minimum of 10 minutes of fitness each day.

I will be following a CICO diet of moderation throughout the challenge.
