There is so much going on and it would be easier to just give up and say "what does it all matter anyway" but instead, I am going to put my time and energy into making each day count. I'm going to look for ways to encourage and inspire people with kindness and not grouchiness!
I'm one of the Magnificent Midnight Mustangs on the BLC44 and now I'm joining the Cloverleafs on the 5% challenge. My exercise plan is to walk 5x/week for 45 minutes either outside or on the treadmill and to do 15 minutes ST 3 nights each week. I think I will add a good stretch in the morning when I get up and before I climb into bed at night, too.
I've been eating the same way for 2-3 years which is basically the Daniel plan based on the Bible or you could call it plant-based but I occasionally add meat to my plan. I don't eat sweets anymore and rarely eat bread products. I discovered those 2 categories make my joints ache with inflammation and I am basically a recovering foodaholic and those also trigger endless eating and I don't want to go back there!
I have lost 70 pounds but 5 have crept back on in the past few months-----gee, what could be causing that? Stupid Covid19! Anyway, being on both challenges I know I will get those back off. 2020 has been a difficult, disappointing season, but I have learned a lot from working through the obstacles and hopefully have built some good character in myself.

Very excited to have you on the Cloverleafs team!
You've made outstanding progress to date. 70 lbs is awesome! My plan is very similar. I've cut the sugar, pasta, pizza, crackers, etc. out. Basically dropping carbs and eating whole foods and massive amounts of veggies. Fruit is much more limited. With this I do intermittent fasting and this has been the game changer for me. I typically target a 1-6 hour eating window and an 18-20 hour fast, with 1 or 2 meals a day. This has simplified my life and taken the focus off food for most of the day. It's refreshing.
Let's have a wonderful challenge! Cloverleafs are going to be on fire!!!! 153 days ago

That sounds like a great plan. I've done the 5% challenge before and I was on the Cloverleafs too! Can I still join that challenge? It is a lot of fun! 177 days ago
