how I feel today: I am very satisfied with my progress today. But once again I was over calories. I was thinking about blogging my food to shame myself to control my eating. I wish I could be more detailed here about what I think is happening but I also know it is T.M.I.
I ate a bowl of Raisin Bran cereal for breakfast 6:00am
Lunch a cucumber sandwich 12:00pm
Snacking throughout the day I ate another Cucumber sandwich, a bag of Peanuts, a Coffee cake and 1 cup Macaroni salad.
Our dinner is at 10:00pm. Dinner was baked chicken breast, noodles and a biscuit. I feel satisfied.
