These shorts are too big!

Wilma, our temperamental scale, surprised me when she stopped the number from climbing sooner than anticipated. I forget what IF day this is ....Day 22. I'm 8/10 of a pound from hitting a 10 lb loss and my September goal! Oh my goodness! I sure hope this isn't a tease! Last night was not a great sleep night and I often do not do so good at the scale the next morning....but today was a Wow!. Looking for the same tomorrow and the next day and next week.

There have been ups and downs this week, a few slips, but mostly I've been sticking to my plan as best as I can. 2 meals....huge salads with tons of different veggies, protein, and low carbs. This was meal 1 today....a monster combo of salads. Fennel, spring mix, bean sprouts, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, granny smith apple, green beans, celery, carrots, pimento, parmesan cheese, radicchio, green pepper, onion. I forgot to add the broccoli sprouts!!!

The other is an enchilada -5 inch home made that fell apart when I put it on the plate. Black beans and beef inside. Sauce I made too, adding my own spices and cheese. Forgot to top it with cilantro. Anyhow....I'm full. And I had an enlightened sea salt bar....not smart. Low calorie with chemical junk in it. They do have protein but there are better choices. Everything else today was a whole food so this is good.

Will have a 2nd salad...greens with the sprouts.Ham. More of my fennel and green been salads too.

Life is good!
